buccal fat

Buccal Fat Removal is a procedure in which Dr. Mosca removes fatty tissue from the infra malar (cheek) area, giving the face a more narrow and chiseled appearance and a more defined cheekbone area. The incisions are made within the mouth and therefore, this is considered a scarless procedure.
